Application Process

Unidos Dual Language Eligibility Criteria 

Kindergarten through First Grade

• Completed Magnet application

Second through Fifth Grade

• Completed Magnet application
• Acceptable score on the language proficiency test
• Discipline infractions may impact final acceptance into the program

Before Applying: 

• Check that you meet residency eligibility. Open to all Clayton County residents 
• Non-Residents are eligible to apply but will fill out a separate application. You will find more information in the School Choice Guide
• Specify your first choice as Unidos Dual Language in the application; you may also list a second choice.
• After application submission, your child will be entered into a lottery selection process if there are more applicants than available seats.
• Once selected, follow instructions to accept the spot and complete registration (upload required documents, confirm enrollment)
• If not selected, your child may be placed on a wait-list; consider timing for late applications if you missed the deadline.
