School Council

 

 

Purpose of School Council: the primary purpose of school councils is to bring communities and schools closer together to address educational challenges, improve student achievement, support teachers and administrators, and involve parents in school-based decision-making. These councils serve as advisory bodies, offering recommendations and assistance to school principals, local boards of education, and superintendents on matters related to student achievement and school improvement.
